My Framework for getting a buy-in

Why is it such an important skill?

Success in User and Customer Experience design largely relies on securing buy-in by showcasing its value.

As a practitioner, I'm committed to my client's success, even if it necessitates pushback to help prioritize their design needs. But this isn't about showing aggression or knowledge superiority.

As Evans Menuki aptly said, "People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care" — a reminder of the importance of empathy in our work.

If as a professional, can convince your clients/stakeholders that you really do care about their businesses and their success, you are bound to get a buy-in

Now, with Sylvian as my guide, I'm not just learning to play it, I'm falling in love with the magical world of music. Every lesson feels like an exciting new adventure!

Pottery

I wouldn't dare call myself an expert in pottery. However, it serves as a beautiful avenue for me to gather my thoughts and channel my energy into creating something wonderful.
